Today's JGNSTEEL Avelã Unipessoal, Lda. is the continuation of the former Armindo Leite, Herdeiros, Lda., a company founded in 1942 by Armindo Leite. Throughout its history, Avelã has built a strong connection to the nail-making, wire drawing and rolling industry, keeping an identity closely associated with the manufacture of nails and metal solutions for construction and industry.
Today the company operates under the JGNSTEEL Avelã / Avelã — Nail Factory identity, preserving the industrial heritage of the Pregos Avelã brand with a range aimed at professional clients, resellers, warehouses and construction sites.
